Items available for download from the Downloads page are restricted to the files marked for download and specifically excludes page elements designed for presentation purposes only.

AHU content is available only for those aged 18 and above, although you may view and download content if you are 13 and above with a parent or guardian's consent. We would recommend that the parent or guardian be present when those under 18 are accessing the AHU site.

AHU ensures as far as possible that content is clean, however this cannot be guaranteed. If you discover any explicit or offensive content on the site, please contact AHU via the Contact Page and notify us of your concerns. Whilst we specifically require artist to provide clean content we're only human and things may slip through unnoticed. We would appreciate your help and diligence to ensure that mistakes are rectified quickly.

All samples available on the site are the property of the various copyright holders (listed under the 'Artists' page). AHU accepts no responsibility for breaches of copyright through unauthorised use of samples owned by parties other than the artist. Malicious damage, unauthorised uploading, and use of the www.aushiphopunited.com.au website for illegal purposes, including distribution of copyrighted material belonging to those other than the artists, is strictly and specifically forbidden and will be pursued with zeal and the full weight of law. It will not be tolerated or supported. Any user promoting or engaging in illegal file transfer will be blocked from the site and reported to the appropriate authorities.
